Job Description
As Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to advising on job weightings and publishing vacancies on the most relevant channels and platforms.
Candidate Selection: Conduct the initial screening of applications and facilitate interviews, often participating directly in the interview process.
Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, providing feedback, managing rejections, and preparing job offers.
Employer Branding: Co-develop and implement an Employer Branding strategy, including coordinating campaigns, optimizing careers page, and enhancing online presence.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool by managing internal candidates, succession planning, and proactively sourcing potential future candidates.
Core Talent Assessment: Administer core talent assessments for candidates.
Onboarding Journey: Oversee the onboarding process, including contract preparation, pre-employment screening, conducting orientation sessions, and informing new hires about mandatory training.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
You hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
You have more than 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally gained within the Banking or Financial Services industry
You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French (written and spoken)
You can demonstrate prior experience dealing with Employer Branding projects and initiatives
You dare to challenge the status quo, propose new ideas and concepts and manage your projects autonomously
