Job Description
As a Talent Partner at External Staff, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both collaborators and client organizations. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborator Acquisition
Identify and attract top-tier talent within the specified industry.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs.
Client Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate to define job requirements.
Provide consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive compliance and quality assurance program.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Regularly assess and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contract Management
Negotiate contracts with client organizations and collaborators.
Manage contracts efficiently, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial objectives.
Track and report on contract performance metrics.
Growth and Expansion
Contribute to the growth of the business by meeting or exceeding net contract growth targets.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.
Strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance in recruitment.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
