Responsabilities

As a Functional & Testing Analyst, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You participate in the evolution of our applications. You analyze the needs of the business. You conduct discussions and organise workshops to explain possible solutions and reach a consensus, if necessary.
• You determine the possible solutions in line with the IT architecture, taking into account the application and technological chain E2E. You validate those solutions with the business. You are the intermediary between the business and our development partners. You document solutions and analyses in a functional design.
• You follow up on the development cycle: you will be responsible for the needs analysis and functional analysis using the implemented methods and tools, including UML and Enterprise Architect for the analysis. You check the technical solutions proposed by our partners.
• You control the quality of the development deliverables. You are responsible for the various test phases and are involved in the implementation. You keep the reference documentation.
• You coordinate, develop and execute the test plans to deliver applications whose quality meets the expectations of production.
• You are responsible for the management of the applications together with the developers.
• You evaluate, analyze and document the identified bugs and follow up on their resolution. xlxgzvr
• You will intervene in the management of problems and provide support in the event of incidents, as a second line.

Profil

Must Have:

• ISTQB certified
• Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst – 5 years, Senior
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other national language
• Proven experience coordinating testing across business, functional analysts, developers and project managers
• Proven experience designing and executing test scenarios
• Proven experience in E2E testing and test coordination – 5 years, Senior
• Proven experience in requirement analysis
• Proven experience with incident/problem analysis and second-line support
• Proven experience with Jira
• Proven experience with SQL queries for functional or incident analysis
• Proven experience with the energy market regulation MIG/UMIG processes – 5 years, Senior
• Proven experience with the scrum methodology
• Proven experience with XML/message validation
