ERP Functional Analyst – Media & Broadcasting Transformation

For a leading international media and broadcasting technology organisation (Brussels Region) , we are looking for an experienced freelance ERP Functional Analyst to join a major business transformation programme.

The organisation is replacing legacy business systems with a modern ERP platform, standardising processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Operations and Logistics .

Freelance / Long-term - 18 months (possible extentions)

Hybrid – Brussels

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes

Gather and prioritise business and functional requirements

Facilitate workshops with process owners and key stakeholders

Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and ERP functionality

Support process standardisation and continuous improvement

Develop functional specifications and process documentation

Support end-to-end solution design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations

Work closely with architects, developers and implementation partners

Support testing, data migration, go-live and hypercare activities

Profile

Strong experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor or similar

Experience supporting ERP implementation, transformation or rollout programmes

Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and fit-gap analysis experience

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Experience working with implementation partners and technical teams

Professional working English
