We’re looking for an experienced Development Expert to join an international company specialising in aluminium building systems.
Your role
Develop and improve sliding and folding systems from concept through to launch.
Manage project planning, quality, cost and risks .
Solve technical challenges through prototyping and hands-on testing .
Work closely with suppliers, engineers and internal teams .
Ensure products meet technical standards and quality requirements.
Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement.
About you
5+ years’ technical/engineering experience .
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Architecture or a related field.
Experience with sliding/folding systems, aluminium systems or the construction industry .
Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing .
Experience with AutoCAD 2D, Inventor and MS Office .
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent English ; Dutch or French is a plus.
