Development Expert

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Development Expert to join an international company specialising in aluminium building systems.

Your role

  • Develop and improve sliding and folding systems from concept through to launch.
  • Manage project planning, quality, cost and risks.
  • Solve technical challenges through prototyping and hands-on testing.
  • Work closely with suppliers, engineers and internal teams.
  • Ensure products meet technical standards and quality requirements.
  • Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement.


About you

  • 5+ years’ technical/engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience with sliding/folding systems, aluminium systems or the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing.
  • Experience with AutoCAD 2D, Inventor and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
