About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team and help build secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications. In this role, you will work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to both front-end and back-end development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications across the full technology stack.
• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Build and maintain back-end services, business logic, and REST APIs.
• Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, input validation, secure storage, logging, and monitoring.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical documentation, and code reviews.
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

Front-End

• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Bootstrap
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite

Back-End

• Java, Node.js, or PHP
• Spring Boot and Hibernate
• RESTful API development

Databases

• PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Database design and query optimization

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation

Security

• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• JSON Web Tokens (JWT)

Version Control

• Git (GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development)
• Familiarity with SVN is an advantage

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications are considered a plus:

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
• Other relevant AWS or Azure certifications
