Frontend / Full Stack Developer

Brussels (Hybrid) | Long-term Contract

We're working with an established organisation currently investing heavily in its digital platforms and customer-facing applications. They're looking for an experienced Frontend / Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative Agile team building modern, scalable solutions used by a large end-user base.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, contribute to technical decision-making, and help shape high-quality digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and maintaining modern web applications

Building engaging and responsive user interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies

Collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders and fellow engineers

Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Contributing to architectural discussions and technical improvements

Ensuring performance, security and reliability across applications

Supporting integrations with backend systems, APIs and third-party services

Promoting engineering best practices within an Agile environment

What We're Looking For

5+ years of software development experience

Strong frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks

Experience working across both frontend and backend technologies

Solid understanding of APIs, web services and system integrations

Experience with relational databases and SQL

Knowledge of software design principles and scalable application development

Comfortable working in Agile teams

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in complex enterprise environments

Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices

Understanding of application security and performance optimisation

Experience working on customer-facing digital products
