As a Data Architect , you will play a key role in shaping and evolving a modern Data & Analytics platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams and IT colleagues to build a future-proof data landscape that supports reporting, analytics and AI initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a scalable enterprise data architecture.
• Lead the evolution of modern data platforms and lakehouse environments.
• Define data architecture standards, governance principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Specialists and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
• Guide data integration, modelling and platform modernization initiatives.
• Contribute hands-on to the implementation of key architectural components.
• Ensure performance, scalability and data quality across the platform.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing or Analytics platforms.
• Strong expertise in data modelling methodologies such as Dimensional Modelling and Data Vault.
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Python or another programming language.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Databricks
• Power BI
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with a good command of English.
