Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Benelux - Flemish speaking

Location: Based in Europe, with regular travel across assigned territories and customer sites.

Beck & Pollitzer is a global leader in industrial installation, machinery relocation and engineering services. As we continue to expand across Europe, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our business across Benelux while supporting strategic commercial initiatives throughout Europe.

As we continue to strengthen our commercial presence across Western Europe, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth, coordinate regional sales activities and develop strategic customer relationships across the region.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with local sales teams to drive business development, strengthen key accounts and support the long-term growth of Beck & Pollitzer across Western Europe.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate commercial activities across Western Europe.
• Support, coach and collaborate with regional sales teams to drive business growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships.
• Build and manage relationships with key industrial customers and decision-makers.
• Support major commercial opportunities, strategic bids and key account development.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the commercial strategy across the region.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance and provide regular commercial updates to senior leadership.
• Work closely with Operations and Project Delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• 5–8 years' experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Key Account Management or Technical Sales within industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating or leading commercial teams across multiple European markets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams across different countries.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, automation, machinery, capital equipment or related industries.
• Fluent Flemish is mandatory.
• Fluent English is essential.
• French and/or German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Western Europe.
