The role

You join at a pivotal moment. Our Growth Strategy is clear: focus on clients where we create real transformation impact, build a structured pipeline engine, and shift from pushing services to creating opportunities through consultative conversations. Your job is to make that happen on the ground.

You report directly to the Managing Partner, with a high degree of autonomy from day one. Concretely, you will:

• Open doors with the right clients — identifying, qualifying and pursuing opportunities where business ambition meets tech, data and AI complexity.
• Lead consultative conversations with marketing, digital and IT decision-makers: understanding their challenges before proposing anything. We solve problems, we don't brief them.
• Shape winning proposals together with our consulting, tech and creative teams — commercially sharp and technically sound.
• Build your own portfolio and progressively run it as a profit centre: pipeline, margins, client relationships, growth.
• Be visible in the Belgian digital and tech ecosystem — events, partner networks, communities — and turn presence into pipeline.
• Feed our strategy with what you see in the market, and help sharpen our propositions around CX, CRM, data and AI.

You will work closely with the Managing Partners and see how the agency is actually run positioning, P&L, team, international group dynamics. In a partner-led group, real performance opens real doors over time.

• You have a hunter mindset: you enjoy creating opportunities, not just managing them, and you are energised (not intimidated) by a blank pipeline.
• You are entrepreneurial: you want ownership, you move fast, and you believe building beats overthinking.
• You speak fluent French and Dutch, plus professional English.
• Above all: you are in it to build something, not just to hit a number.
