Profile:

• Minimum 3 yearsof experience


• Ability totranslate business and functional requirements into sustainable technicalarchitectures.


• Experienceproducing architecture documentation, technical recommendations andimplementation guidelines.


• Experienceassessing impacts, risks and dependencies of technology changes.


• Expertknowledge of Angular and modern Front-End development practices.


• Strongknowledge of .NET /.NET Core ecosystems.


• Experiencedefining reusable components, patterns, frameworks and development standards.


• Strongunderstanding of Web Security standards and secure development practices.


• Experience withperformance optimization, scalability and maintainability of web applications.


• Knowledge ofAuthentication and Authorization standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).


• Experience as aTechnical Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer in acomplex enterprise environment.


• Strongexperience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade web applications


• Strongtechnical leadership and coaching skills.


• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, including the ability to presentarchitectural decisions togovernance boards.


• Pragmatic,solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.


• Proactive,autonomous and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience leading proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.


• Experience evaluating solution options and facilitating technical decisionmaking.


• Experience contributing to enterprise architecture and technology strategy


• Experience with Design Systems and UI component libraries.

• Experience in insurance or financial domain.

• Experience supporting multiple delivery teams and providing architecturalgovernance.


• Experience managing technology lifecycle, upgrades and technical debt reductioninitiatives.
