Your function As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of getting candidates excited about a career within ALD Automotive | Leaseplan. Your main responsibilities? You are responsible for the whole recruitment and selection process. From intake till signing the contract: you will be responsible for a great 'Candidate Experience'. You translate the needs of the business into attractive vacancy texts. You determine the best strategy per vacancy and ensure a qualitative inflow through direct search, social media channels, job boards and external partners. You work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to attract the best talent and match them with the right position within our company. You conduct and report on competency-based interviews. You take initiative to strengthen our employer branding through various channels Then you easily tick off the points below: You are enthusiastic, driven and have a hands-on mentality. You have a bachelor or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruiting profiles with different level of complexity. You have excellent social and communication skills. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English. Both orally and in writing.
