What you will do

• Define and evolve scalable, secure and maintainable architectures for enterprise web applications.
• Establish and promote Angular/.NET development standards, patterns, reusable components and frameworks.
• Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to multiple delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assess technology choices, architectural impacts, risks, dependencies and technical debt.
• Present and defend architectural recommendations to technical and governance stakeholders.
• Produce clear architecture documentation, technical decisions and implementation guidelines.
• Drive technology lifecycle management, upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Champion secure development, performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Coach and mentor developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technology assessments, PoCs and the adoption of relevant emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development.

What you bring

• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including substantial experience in technical leadership or architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Angular and modern front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and enterprise web application architecture.
• Proven experience defining architecture standards, reusable patterns and development guidelines.
• Strong understanding of web security and secure software development.
• Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect and/or SAML.
• Experience addressing application performance, scalability, maintainability and technical debt.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting technical decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching developers and influencing technical direction across teams.
• Experience with Design Systems, CI/CD, DevOps, architecture assessments or AI-assisted development is advantageous.
