Azure Databricks Engineer

Already working with Databricks but looking for larger-scale projects, more technical challenges and a team that truly invests in your growth?

Join LACO and help build modern Data & AI platforms with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and the latest Microsoft technologies.

What You'll Do

Build scalable data platforms using Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake and Microsoft Fabric
Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and Lakehouse architectures
Enable analytics, machine learning and Generative AI use cases
Optimize performance, reliability and data quality
Work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders
Contribute to modern data initiatives including Data Mesh and AI-ready platforms

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, SQL and Python
Experience building cloud-based data solutions
Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modelling and CI/CD
Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English
Consultancy mindset and passion for technology
