As part of one of their key missions, you will join the teams of a major high-tech industrial group in the Liège area, during a period of organisational transition within their Intellectual Property department.

Responsibilities

In this temporary mission, you ensure the operational continuity of Intellectual Property activities during an organisational transition phase. You work closely with inventors, technical experts and group-level stakeholders, coordinating patent processes and supporting the teams on all IP-related matters. The role requires strong organisational skills, ease in technical environments, and the ability to get up to speed quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Support inventors in the drafting and formalisation of invention disclosures
• Ensure the operational follow-up of patent files and related administrative processes
• Prepare and coordinate Intellectual Property committee meetings and follow up on decisions taken
• Coordinate exchanges between inventors, technical experts and group-level IP stakeholders
• Manage the follow-up of inventor bonus processes in line with internal procedures
• Contribute to the management and monitoring of the patent portfolio
• Raise awareness and provide guidance to internal teams on Intellectual Property topics and best practices

Profile

• You have a background in Intellectual Property, patent management, or a technical/innovation-driven environment — a first experience in IP is an asset, but not a strict prerequisite
• You demonstrate strong coordination and file management skills
• You are comfortable interacting with technical experts and diverse stakeholders, and able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable follow-up
• You are a fast learner, adaptable, and capable of becoming operational quickly in a structured industrial environment
• Your French and English are both at a professional working level — written and spoken
