Test Engineer - Electronics

Our client is looking for a Test Engineer to support the testing and validation of electronic components within a laboratory environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and debug chip test benches, including measurement instruments, power supplies, test boards, fixtures, cabling, automation scripts, and data acquisition systems.
  • Execute functional and parametric tests in line with validation plans.
  • Analyze measurement data, identify issues, and correlate results with design expectations.
  • Prepare clear and concise test reports, including plots, observations, pass/fail criteria, and recommendations for next steps.
  • Coordinate with external test service providers regarding test setup requirements, test implementation, logistics, data exchange, issue tracking, and schedule follow-up.


Profile

  • Experience in IC (Integrated Circuit) or electronic system testing.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory measurement equipment.
  • Familiarity with PCB-based test setups.
  • Strong structured data analysis skills.
  • Comfortable spending most of the time working in a laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar automation environments is required.
  • Experience with PMICs (Power Management Integrated Circuits) and voltage regulators is considered a plus.
  • Pragmatic, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with strong reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with international teams, including both internal technical stakeholders and external test service providers.
