System Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within the Operations Department, you'll help deploy, maintain and improve mission-critical Voice, Video and Network solutions used by public authorities, transport operators and critical infrastructures.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and progressively develop your expertise in networking, virtualization, communication systems and troubleshooting complex environments.

Through customer projects, maintenance activities and technical challenges, you'll gain hands-on experience with technologies that are essential to modern critical communication systems.

Your Mission:

• Deploy, maintain and improve mission-critical Voice, Video and Network solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and restore services both remotely and on customer sites.
• Participate in exciting deployment projects alongside experienced engineers.
• Prepare and validate solutions in our lab environment before deployment.
• Install, commission and upgrade systems at customer locations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted technical advisor.
• Contribute to testing, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep technical information and documentation up to date to ensure service continuity.

POSITION’S REQUIREMENTS

Education, Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, ICT, Networking or a related technical field.
• Recent graduate or junior professional with up to 2 years of experience.
• Passionate about technology and eager to learn.
