About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join a technical team within an established organisation in Antwerp.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, while helping to improve automation, security, reliability and overall cloud maturity.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across cloud infrastructure and collaborating with technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure based on business and technical requirements.
• Manage and maintain existing Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation solutions.
• Support cloud networking, security and access management.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting.
• Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and technical decisions.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure and security teams.
• Help drive continuous improvements across the cloud environment.

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Azure Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking and security.
• Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code technology.
• Experience with automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider technical teams.
• Good communication skills in English.
