Your role

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you’re the driving force behind digital media campaigns that perform.

You combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution. You love diving into data, optimizing campaigns, testing new approaches, and finding smarter ways to achieve client goals.

You don't just manage campaigns. You continuously improve them.

You:

• Manage digital campaigns from briefing to reporting
• Translate business objectives into effective media strategies
• Optimize performance based on insights and data
• Work closely with strategy, creative, and client teams
• Stay curious, test relentlessly, and challenge assumptions

In short: you make sure every euro works harder.

What you'll do

• Manage digital media campaigns from A to Z
• Build, monitor, optimize, and report on search campaigns
• Translate client objectives into actionable media plans
• Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and account teams
• Stay on top of new platforms, tools, and digital trends
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations to clients and colleagues

Who you are

• You have a few years of experience in digital media or performance marketing
• You have experience with search campaigns and digital advertising platforms
• You believe in transparency, collaboration, and integration
• You reject silos and outdated thinking
• You have a strong test-and-learn mindset
• You are analytical, curious, and eager to improve continuously
• You know media planning and buying tools, but you're not married to them
• You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams
• You take ownership and get things done
• You combine data-driven thinking with common sense
