About the Role

A leading company in the insurance industry is looking for an experienced Senior Workflow Solution Architect with a strong background in workflow orchestration, BPMN, enterprise process automation, and Azure.

You will design, implement, and optimize business-critical workflow and case management solutions, modernize legacy processes, integrate enterprise applications, and improve operational efficiency through scalable workflow orchestration.

This is a hands-on senior architecture role covering analysis, design, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end workflow and case management solutions using BPMN.
• Build and optimize long-running workflows combining human tasks and automated orchestration.
• Modernize legacy business processes into centralized workflow solutions.
• Integrate enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design resilient workflow solutions with monitoring, retry mechanisms, and exception handling.
• Support production environments, deployments, releases, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations teams. xlxgzvr
• Contribute to workflow automation, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives.
