The ideal candidate should have a strong enterprise application development background and experience driving architecture, solution design, technical decision-making, and technical leadership.Candidates do not necessarily need to have an official Architect title. Very strong Senior Engineers with hands-on architecture, design, and technical leadership experience will also be considered.Required Qualifications10+ years of overall IT experience.Strong proficiency in Java or Python, with Java preferred.Strong experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and AI/ML technologies.Experience working with OpenAI or other frontier models.Understanding of advanced AI concepts, including:MCP (Model Context Protocol)Memory architectureAI assurance and governance conceptsExposure to conversational/agentic AI frameworks such as:LangGraphCrewAIRasaDecagonSimilar agent orchestration frameworksStrong background in enterprise application development, system design, and architecture.Experience driving architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.Preferred Candidate ProfileWe can consider strong Senior Engineers who may not have an Architect title but demonstrate:Hands-on architecture and solution design experience.Strong technical leadership.Enterprise-level system design experience.Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.Location & Onsite RequirementsColumbus, OH OR Plano, TX5 days onsiteLocal candidates: Onsite interviewNon-local candidates: Virtual interviewInterview / Selection RequirementsCandidates must:Be willing to work 5 days onsite.Be willing to complete the assessment process and IOI requirements.Be committed to the interview process.Be available to join if selected.Submission GuidelinesPlease prioritize candidates who:Have strong Java/Python engineering backgrounds.Have strong architecture/design experience.Have exposure to Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.Are comfortable with 5 days onsite in Columbus or Plano.Meet the specified work authorization requirements.Are willing to complete the assessment and IOI process.Are committed to the interview process and available to join if selected.
