What you will do

• Own and drive the data & analytics roadmap, from business needs through to implementation.
• Develop and continuously improve the data and BI platform in collaboration with central IT/data teams.
• Lead the transition towards a more harmonised Power BI reporting and analytics landscape.
• Translate business requirements into practical data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate data and analytics projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Work across a complex IT landscape involving ERP, SAP, EPM and BI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are properly tested, documented, maintained and adopted by end users.
• Provide guidance and support to business users and act as the key data & analytics point of contact.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved data-driven processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of data quality, reporting performance and user experience.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data products or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Good understanding of data modelling, reporting architectures and data platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or functional solutions.
• Experience working with Azure or another modern data/cloud environment.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise environments involving ERP/SAP and/or EPM platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects, implementations or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach: you are comfortable moving between strategy, analysis and execution.
• Experience with Anaplan, TM1, AI/automation or Power BI migration/harmonisation is a strong advantage.
