.NET Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Lead to support a major technology transformation within financial services.

The position combines end-to-end solution architecture with hands-on .NET technical leadership .

Key responsibilities

  • Define practical end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Lead technical design across applications, APIs and integrations.
  • Define API, integration, security and non-functional standards.
  • Guide engineering teams and review detailed technical designs.
  • Resolve cross-team architecture and integration dependencies.
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, observability and operational readiness.
  • Support modernisation and integration between modern and legacy platforms.
  • Communicate technical decisions to engineering and business stakeholders.

Required experience

  • Strong C#/.NET/.NET Core background.
  • REST APIs and microservices.
  • Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
  • API gateways and integration patterns.
  • SQL and data integration.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Security and non-functional architecture.
  • Previous financial-services or complex regulated-environment experience advantageous.
