Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to manage and improve end-to-end Execution Only processes within an investment banking environment.

Work setup: Hybrid in Brussels: 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new business processes aligned with business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Review and improve existing processes across customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor process performance using key indicators, customer feedback and operational insights.
• Analyse business needs and contribute to application change requirements and testing.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, operational teams and control functions throughout implementation.
• Create and maintain clear, standardized and accessible process documentation.
• Ensure processes comply with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control and internal governance requirements.
• Support change management, user adoption and post-implementation activities within an Agile delivery model.

Must-have requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, process management or business analysis.
• Experience within investment services or the wider banking sector.
• Good knowledge of process management tools and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of risk management and control.
• Excellent analytical, process modelling and structuring skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities. xlxgzvr
• Fluent Dutch, with good written and spoken French and English.
