What you'll do

• Design end-to-end data solutions on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake
• Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures that deliver real value
• Guide data platform design, data modeling, analytics, and reporting solutions
• Advise clients and development teams on cloud, governance, and Microsoft best practices
• Drive innovation in Agile environments using DevOps and CI/CD principles

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric/Synapse, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, DAX, and data modeling
• A passion for bridging business and technology
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English
• Open to both employees and freelance consultants
