Microsoft Platform Engineer & Administrator

Role purpose

Senior Microsoft platform specialist responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft enterprise workloads supporting the development and operation of DSA information systems. The role ensures the stability, scalability, security, and compliance of Microsoft-based platforms, including Windows infrastructure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, IIS, and SQL Server. It combines day-to-day system administration responsibilities with engineering activities to design, maintain, and improve resilient and secure Microsoft enterprise environments.

Mandatory experience and skills

• At least 5 years of experience managing Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS and SQL Server, together with Microsoft Dynamics 365. SharePoint experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience delivering secure, high-availability Microsoft enterprise platforms.
• Experience in DevSecOps practices, automation and CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft workloads.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts and automation workflows.
• Experience with authentication and identity management technologies, including OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM, WS-Fed, SAML and OpenID Connect.
• English at minimum CEFR B2 level, spoken and written.

Mandatory certification

Mandatory certification: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP), or equivalent. The certification must be valid and remain in good standing during contract execution.

Expected technical focus
