Our client is an international industrial company operating in a highly technical manufacturing environment. With operations across multiple countries, the organization develops advanced industrial solutions for customers worldwide and continuously invests in innovation, engineering excellence and operational performance.

To strengthen its purchasing team, we are currently looking for a Technical Buyer.

Votre nouveau rôle

As Technical Buyer, you will play a key role in securing the supply of equipment, spare parts and technical services required for production and engineering activities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards in terms of quality, reliability and delivery performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing supplier inquiries and evaluating commercial offers.
• Negotiating pricing, contracts and purchasing conditions.
• Ensuring timely ordering and follow-up of technical materials and equipment.
• Collaborating with engineering and operational teams to understand technical requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and supplier development.
• Monitoring supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing procurement data and purchase orders through the ERP system.
• Supporting projects involving new equipment, modifications and industrial investments.
• Coordinating with production, quality, logistics and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Votre profil

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or procurement.
• Experience purchasing mechanical components, industrial equipment or technical services.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
