System Expert – Electronics & Embedded Systems

Education: Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Communications Engineering, or equivalent

We are looking for a System Expert to contribute to the development of complex electronic and embedded systems for medical and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into electronics specifications and architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across electronics, FPGA, firmware and embedded software.
• Design, develop, verify and maintain electronic solutions.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Support integration, validation, testing and EMC activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanics, Quality, Manufacturing and Project Management teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems or firmware.
• Strong expertise in at least one area: Electronics, FPGA or Embedded Software, with broad system knowledge.
• Experience with SoC architectures, AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera, FPGA, DSP and ARM.
• Hands-on experience with Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion and/or Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed PCB design, simulations and EMC compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 26262 or DO-178/254 is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
