IT M&A Program Manager

Lead strategic, cross-country programs including mergers and acquisitions integrations by structuring governance, managing planning and schedules, leading steering committees, and ensuring stakeholder visibility, with proactive risk anticipation and solution-oriented approach, based from a European headquarters with regular travel.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic, cross-country initiatives including carve-outs, integrations and post-merger harmonisation

Define and maintain programme governance frameworks including planning, scheduling, RACI matrices, reporting lines and decision-escalation paths

Set up and lead steering committees, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and timely information for decision making

Coordinate workstreams and teams across multiple countries, aligning local realities with overall programme objectives and timelines

Anticipate risks and roadblocks proactively, presenting solutions and options before issues escalate

Engage actively with country teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to adapt the programme approach based on their input

Track and report on programme benefits, budgets, risks and progress, ensuring transparency to executive management

Champion change management practices to support adoption of new structures, processes and ways of working across countries

Qualifications

Programme or project management certification such as MSP, PMP or Prince2
