Hotel Business Developer

What are you going to do?

This is a full-time role for a Hotel & Event Business Developer (B2B) at Nestia Hospitality Group. As a Business Developer you are responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with potential customers in the B2B sector. Your main tasks include:

• Proactive sales: identifying and prospecting major companies and organizations interested in corporate events
• Negotiation of contracts to maximize profitability
• Understanding the needs and wishes of potential customers
• Building a strong network with partners and the business world to discover new opportunities
• Managing the client portfolio: Oversee the management of your client portfolio, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Working closely with hotel teams to ensure events run successfully
• Reactive sales: preparing convincing quotations to convince customers of the added value of our locations and services
• Participating in networking events
• Close as many contracts as possible to attain your KPIs and bonuses

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Fluent in French, English &/or Dutch
• Affinity with the hospitality sector
• Min 1 year of working experience
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude and cold prospecting do not deter you
• Commercial mindset and the ability to recognize business opportunities
• Experience with preparing quotations and negotiating contracts is a plus
• You like being on the road and meeting new people
