SALES MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will drive the overall commercial strategy and manage the sales team to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Commercial Policy & Strategy: Market analysis, positioning, product/pricing policy management, budget submission, and setting strategic growth objectives.
  • Management & Leadership: Field coaching, KPI tracking, meeting facilitation, recruitment, ongoing training, and incentive plan management.
  • Key Account Management: Targeted prospecting, high-level contract negotiation, and representing the company at major industry events and trade shows.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitoring key indicators (revenue, margins, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) and reporting directly to the CEO.


Profile:

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent/Native in French, Dutch, and English
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (ideally ODOO)
