6–8 years of AI/ML/Advanced Analytics experience , with strong hands‑on experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models and services in production.
5+ years of Python , with strong experience in pandas, scikit-learn, and XGBoost .
End-to-end AI/ML deployment – experience with model development, testing, serving, packaging, and independently deploying services to production.
Production monitoring & troubleshooting – experience monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AI/ML services after deployment.
ML model reproducibility & interpretability – ability to build and maintain reproducible and interpretable ML models.
