Mission context
Cash Management Competence Center - works on client group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise of client globally.
Our team is responsible for the Product management related to the payables and receivables. Our responsibilities covers the following aspects:
Define the product vision with the key stakeholders
Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/offer vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)
Coordinate the “demand to delivery process” based on the business value management
Support client implementation
Function description
Business Analyst (segment 40 – BA2) will have to cover the following tasks:
Commercial strategy/approach/selling of “all in packaged” treasury services (several package to be addressed)
commercial use cases
Competition analysis and documentation
Principal responsibilities:
Support towards Sales team for the commercialisation of the offer VAN and VAM
Conduct a market analysis , comparing the current and future offer for virtual accounts to our main competitors' product offer in terms of functionalities, geographies, pricing structure. The objective is to identify business needs and improve the possible gaps of our current offer, as well as align our pricing strategy.
Provide Corporate Treasury insights into the needs of treasurers when setting up an OBO structure and the reasons for choosing to work (or not) with virtual accounts.
Coordinate future client implementations for virtual accounts by liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
