Revive is looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Legal counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel at Revive you play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal support to our organization, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge to flag risks and steer our projects in the right direction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A LEGAL COUNSEL AT REVIVE:
Providing expert advice on a wide range of real estate-related topics from the acquisition throughout the entire real estate development project.
Overseeing insurance files and potential disputes, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legally sound contracts, including purchase, lease- and construction agreements and corporate documents (SPA, shareholder agreements).
Assisting with due diligences as part of transactional work.
Managing relationships with external lawyers and notaries to ensure effective collaboration and timely completion of legal tasks.
Staying up-to-date with new legislation and legal developments, and proactively sharing relevant information with internal stakeholders.
Contributing to the further digitalization of the legal department.
YOUR SKILLS
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective solutions to complex legal issues. You have a solution-oriented mindset, and as a strategic business partner you are an added value for your colleagues from the development, construction, go to market or environment team.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the growth and development of the legal department.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated assertiveness and the ability to make independent, well-founded decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
Hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law.
Have a proven and thorough professional track record, either with a project developer, within a law firm or in a related field, with a particular expertise or strong interest in the real estate permitting process, contract law, real estate law, construction law and real estate transactions.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
