In our Regulatory & Compliance department, we specialize in helping financial organizations navigate today's dynamic risk landscape and evolving regulatory demands. Leveraging our expertise, experience, and fintech insights, we empower clients to fortify their risk, regulatory, and compliance capabilities, enabling them to thrive in a complex environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a consultant could encompass the following topics:
Compliance Control Frameworks: You'll collaborate with clients to strengthen their compliance control frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Remediation Measures: Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and implementing remediation measures aimed at reducing risk exposures within client operations, enhancing overall compliance posture.
Operational Support: As part of the team, you'll offer operational support to clients, assisting in the execution of compliance initiatives, and providing ongoing guidance to optimize regulatory processes.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Prior to applying, candidates should take into account the following:
expertise of at least 2 years in key areas of Regulatory & Compliance such as AML, Sanctions, MiFID II, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, GDPR.
in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Process Optimization, and Operational Support.
to quickly grasp complex business analyses and convey findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
written and verbal communication skills , coupled with adept stakeholder management abilities.
proactive , and ethical mindset with a can-do attitude.
in English, Dutch, and/or French, with proficiency in at least one additional language.
in consulting is advantageous.
network within the financial sector is a plus.
