Job Description
Manage a client portfolio and provide accountancy and business advisory services to national and international mid-sized clientele, including family businesses.
Oversee and guide a team of specialists, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and productivity in client work.
Monitor team performance, including invoicing and productivity, and report to senior management.
Promote cross-selling and uphold client's values of excellence and integrity.
Lead client files and provide support during tax audits and financial analyses.
Coach and develop team members in technical expertise and consulting skills.
The Successful Applicant
A proactive professional with a bachelor's degree in accountancy & tax (ITAA title is a plus) and a minimum of 10 years ' experience as an external accountant .
Passionate about numbers, Belgian tax regulations, and the consulting environment.
Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a valuable asset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
