Monitor security dashboards, analyse events and alerts, escalate when necessary and report to all stakeholders.
Act as a deputy Splunk administrator: make sure all Splunk components is operational at all times. Improve dashboards when necessary.
Be a point of contact within the organization for all matters related to security incidents. Maintain contact with peers outside the team.
Proactively look for possible issues and propose solutions.
Consult, improve and write Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's)
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
Knowledge of the security incident management and strong ability to put the theory into practice.
Knowledge of Splunk administration, dashboards and Enterprise Security.
Experience with ITSM tooling, ticketing system and ITIL.
Experience with working in a challenging IT environment.
Ability to cope with stress and changing situations.
Strong basic IT knowledge which supports you in your daily activities.
